What is ClinicAgenda?
ClinicAgenda is online clinic management software developed by Guaratech. It brings together scheduling, patient and guardian records, staff management, patient and insurance billing, fiscal invoices (NFS-e) and PIX, for clinics with one or many branches.
Does ClinicAgenda have a free plan or a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with up to 50 active clients and 2 staff members. Paid plans come with a 30-day free trial on each branch's first paid plan; a card is needed to start the trial.
Does ClinicAgenda issue fiscal service invoices (NFS-e)?
Yes. Paid S includes 50 NFS-e a month and Paid L includes 200. Above the allowance, each extra NFS-e costs R$5.00 on Paid S and R$3.00 on Paid L. The Free plan does not issue NFS-e.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. The clinic administrator cancels in the system or by email. Paid access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made. Periods already paid for are not refunded; wrong charges are refunded in full.
How does custom software development work?
We start with a conversation to understand your process. Then we send a written proposal with scope, timeline, total price and payment terms. Nothing is billed without an accepted proposal, and the system is delivered online, with training and support.
How are payments made?
Card payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified. ClinicAgenda invoices are due in 15 days and are charged automatically to the card on file.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure, PCI-DSS certified forms and are never stored on our servers. The whole site uses HTTPS.
