Guaratech LTDA (“Guaratech”), CNPJ 55.598.113/0001-22, follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
Data we collect from our customers
- Account and contact details: name, company, CNPJ, email, phone and billing address.
- Payment: processed by Stripe. We keep only references issued by Stripe, never your full card number.
- ClinicAgenda sign-in: through your Microsoft or Google account. We receive your name and email; we never receive your password.
- Technical data: cookieless error and performance logs, to keep the service running. Usage statistics in ClinicAgenda are collected only if you allow them in the privacy preferences.
Patient data in ClinicAgenda
Patient and guardian data recorded in ClinicAgenda belongs to the clinic, which is the controller. Guaratech acts as processor: it handles that data only to provide the service, on the clinic's instructions, and uses it for nothing else. Data subjects should send requests about that data to the clinic.
How we use data
To provide and bill for the services you buy, provide support, meet legal and tax obligations and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Microsoft Azure, where ClinicAgenda is hosted.
- The NFS-e and email providers used to deliver the service.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. ClinicAgenda uses a session cookie required for sign-in and, only with your permission, usage-statistics cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its payment pages to prevent fraud.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Access to data in ClinicAgenda is controlled by user roles.
How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records for as long as tax law requires, and other data only as long as needed to provide the service.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, port or delete your personal data, or ask questions, at contato@guaratech.net. We reply within 15 days.
